Running Stations Near Tokyo & Kanagawa Courses

Open weekdays 6:30–23:00, weekends 7:00–20:00. Rental shoes and apparel available. Located in the Mitsubishi Building basement, a short walk from the Imperial Palace moat path.

3-minute walk from Hanzomon Station (Tokyo Metro). Operated by TOKYO FM. 90 lockers per gender, multiple showers with shampoo and amenities included. On the western side of the Imperial Palace running loop.

Runner's club house directly inside Yoyogi Park. Lockers, showers, café with coffee and craft beer. The most convenient base for Yoyogi Park running, 1 minute from the park entrance.

Coin lockers at Asakusa Station (multiple operators). No dedicated running station is available on this course. The nearest public bath (sento) options are a 5–10 minute walk from the river path.

Dedicated runner support facility 'Grand Blue' on the 4th floor of the hotel. 96 lockers, 7 shower stalls, hair dryers, and full amenities. Located directly on the Odaiba Seaside Course route.

Public sports facility 1 minute from Sendagaya Station (JR Sobu Line), adjacent to Shinjuku Gyoen's Sendagaya gate. Lockers and showers available — bring your own towel and toiletries. Open weekdays 9:00–23:00, Sat 9:00–22:00, Sun/holidays 9:00–21:00.

Dedicated running and cycling station near Bashamichi Station (Minatomirai Line, 4 min). Rental shoes, running watches, and gear available. Recommended courses cover the full Minatomirai harbour route to Yamashita Park. Closed Mondays.

Coin lockers at Kamakura Station east exit are the most practical option for this course. No dedicated running station is available in Kamakura. Showers are available at some local sento (public baths) in the area.

Coin lockers at Katase-Enoshima Station. No dedicated running station in the immediate area. Some beachside facilities offer outdoor shower rinse-off stations (for sand) near the beach entrance in summer.

Running station directly on the Tama River embankment near Maruko Bridge. 20 men's and 10 women's lockers, showers with shampoo and body soap. Popular base for long Tama River runs. Access via Motosumiyoshi Station (Tokyu) 5 min walk.

Coin lockers at Komazawa-daigaku Station (Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line), the closest station to Komazawa Olympic Park. No dedicated running station is available near the park. Public toilets and water fountains are provided inside the park.

Coin lockers available throughout Ueno Station (JR East). Baggage storage counter also available at the station. No dedicated running station near Ueno Park. Public showers are available at Ueno Sports Center (a short walk from the park's north end).

Coin lockers at Akabane Station, the most convenient train access to the north end of the Arakawa River embankment. No dedicated running station on this course. Public toilets are located at riverside parks approximately every 3–5 km along the route.

Coin lockers at Tachikawa Station (JR). Alternatively, use lockers at Nishi-Tachikawa Station (JR Ome Line, 1 min walk to the park's west gate). No dedicated running station near Showa Memorial Park. Shower facilities are available at Tachikawa City Sports Center (a short distance from the park).

Coin lockers at Zushi Station (JR Yokosuka Line), the main access station for the Zushi-Hayama coastal course. No dedicated running station on this course. Public toilets available at Zushi Beach and along the coastal route. Some local cafes near the beach offer outdoor equipment storage as a courtesy.

Coin lockers and a baggage forwarding service available at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Numerous onsen (hot spring baths) in Hakone-Yumoto town offer post-run bathing (typically ¥1,000–¥2,000 day use). This is the ideal finish point for runners, combining trail running with a traditional hot spring soak.

Coin lockers at Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Minatomirai Line), directly at the start of the Motomachi & Yamate running course. No dedicated running station in the immediate area. Public toilets available in Yamashita Park and along the Yamate bluff path.

Coin lockers available at Ebina Station (Odakyu, Sagami, and Sotetsu lines). No dedicated running station on the Sagami River course. Public toilets at riverside parks approximately every 3–5 km along the embankment. Shower facilities available at Ebina Sports Center near the river.

Coin lockers inside Nakameguro Station, a 3-minute walk from the Meguro River path. Lockers fill quickly during cherry blossom season — arrive early. Public toilets are available in the small riverside parks along the route, and the Naka-Meguro area has plenty of cafés for a post-run stop.

Coin lockers at Kasai-Rinkai-Koen Station, directly at the park entrance. The park itself has multiple clean public toilets, water fountains, and vending machines along the seaside promenade.

Coin lockers at Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Minatomirai Line), directly at the start of the Motomachi & Yamate running course. No dedicated running station in the immediate area. Public toilets available in Yamashita Park and along the Yamate bluff path.

Coin lockers at Takaosanguchi Station, the trailhead station. Keio Takaosan Onsen Gokurakuyu sits directly beside the station — a hot spring bath with towel rental, ideal after a trail run. Toilets and vending machines are available at the trailhead and near the summit, but not on the trails themselves.

Coin lockers at Toyosu Station and inside the adjoining shopping complex. The waterfront parks along the route have public toilets and vending machines.

Limited coin lockers at Misakiguchi Station, the last stop on the Keikyu line into the Miura Peninsula. Facilities on the peninsula itself are sparse — carry water and use the toilets at the station or at Misaki fishing port before heading out along the coast.

Plenty of coin lockers at Odawara Station, a Shinkansen stop with good luggage capacity. Toilets and water are available in Odawara Castle Park and along the seafront.

Coin lockers at Musashi-Koyama Station, which also has one of Tokyo's longest covered shopping arcades for a post-run meal. Rinshi-no-mori Park itself has public toilets and water fountains.
